This wine is made from a blend of Gamay grapes for their fruity character and Pinot grapes for their suppleness. It often exhibits aromas of red fruits and is best enjoyed when young.

    Serve between 12 and 16 C.

    Keep between 3 and 5 years.

  • Food & wine

    It pairs well with charcuterie, meat terrines, mushrooms, tomato or basil-based pasta dishes, poultry, rabbit, roasts, veal, pork, seafood in sauce, grilled dishes, and can also be enjoyed as an aperitif.
